We ask you to connect and authenticate all of the social platforms that you plan to use for campaigns in your Sway Dashboard profile.
What to Do If You Can’t Apply for a Campaign
If you don’t see an “I’m Interested” or “Apply Now” button at the bottom of an available campaign, try this!
What to Do If You See the Authenticate Now Button
If you see the “Authenticate Now” button at the bottom of an available campaign, you will need to authenticate the social platform being used on that campaign before you can apply.
How to Clear Your Cache
If you run into any problems connecting/authenticating your social accounts or applying for a campaign, a good first step is clearing your cache.
